I love travelling so much; I have a dream to travel all beautiful places in the world. I was travelling almost every country in Asia; it was beautiful and unforgettable journey. Every places offer unique culture, I learn so much about the Asian’s culture on my journey. One of similarity of each country is Yoga. Yoga refers to traditional physical and mental disciplines originating in India. The word is associated with meditative practices in Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. Within Hinduism, it also refers to one of the six orthodox (astika) schools of Hindu philosophy, and to the goal toward which that school directs its practices.

One of my favorite moments before doing yoga is meditation. When I was in Bali Indonesia, I had yoga class in beautiful place near the beach. The yoga instructor using Crystal Singing Bowls to make a beautiful sound, it made me calm and relax deeply.
